Shipping Policy
We work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, item availability, and destination.
Some products may have special shipping requirements due to size, weight, or restrictions. If an item requires additional shipping charges or cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you before processing the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including clearance items, special orders, opened feed or pet food products, and other consumable goods.
